Step 3 – Our Super Friendly driver shows up during your chosen time slot, gathers your items

               from you or the spot you have directed us to look 

               (front porch, back porch, concierge etc)

Step 4 – Your laundry gets delivered to our professionals at our cleaning facilities to be sorted 

               and processed exactly to your liking

Step 5 – You receive and invoice – be sure to get that paid 3 hours or more before your delivery         

               time to secure your delivery spot unless you have made arrangements with us for cash 

               or card at the door

Step 6 – Your order is returned to you in the way you requested (leave on front step, hand directly

               to you, leave with concierge etc) 

It all depends on the amount you give us 🙂

Many orders can be processed Same day or up to 24 hours turnaround. 

We offer various options in our Subscription Packages as well.

Dry Cleaning – standard items are 36 – 48 hour turnaround. Items that require special care or treatment can be 2-4 days depending on the requirement.

Absolutely! We use what you want us to use. It is your clothes which means the preferences are all yours. Just let us know while placing your order. Or contact us Call / Text 647-916-9168 or email [email protected]

Not necessary! We supply it all.

Of course if you have specific preferences than we will happily honour them, so if you prefer to send in your desired product, by all means do so.

We provide standard, fragrance free, eco friendly as well as several fragrance options

Absolutely!

All dry cleaning items are thoroughly inspected and proper care instructions are followed either by your request or by the label. You will be contacted for approval if there is any special attention needed to any item.

All Wash & Fold items are sorted into whites, lights, darks, heavy etc 

Our standards are above our competitors when it comes to ensuring your items are treated with proper cleaning care.

Of course you can also give us any instructions you wish for us to follow.

Not necessary! 

You can bag it, pack it and secure it however you wish.

Garbage bags, boxes, hampers, laundry baskets etc all work for us. 

Hampers / baskets & reusable bags will be returned to you on delivery!

Some items are not included in our standard Wash & Fold per pound prices. We have listed them on our Price List.

Our cleaning specialists sort your order once it arrives at our facilities and then it is processed based on your instructions and/or the needs of the item.

If you have concerns about pricing, please contact us and we will gladly clarify anything.

We label and track your order from pickup to delivery to eliminate any loss of items.

However, the misplacement / loss of something happens on a rare occasion.

Not to worry! 

Any item that gets away from the order will be saved in our facility. You will be contacted immediately if we know which order it belonged to. 

But if you receive your order and feel something is missing, you can contact us and we will search our facilities for it and return it to you. 

We just want to clean your clothes, not keep them 🙂

If your driver shows up to pickup or drop off your order and can’t do so for various reasons (see below), you will be charged a fee.

We will waive that fee if we receive a minimum of 3 hours notice from your scheduled time.
Example: Appointment scheduled for 8am? Notify us by 5am that the time doesn’t work for you.
 
First time fee $6
Second time fee $12
Third time $18
After 3 times of no show then your requests for pickup may be refused.
 
We respect your time so please respect ours, our drivers need to keep a schedule to ensure everyone’s orders get picked up or delivered on time.
 
You can text us at 647-916-9168 to let us know you aren’t going to be available or if there is any change in where you want your order to be picked up from or delivered to.
 
Some examples of reasons why your driver can’t pick up or drop off your order:
        * Nobody is answering the buzzer or door and there is nowhere to leave your order safely
        * Nobody is answering the buzzer or door so we can’t collect the order from you
        * You didn’t leave your order for the driver if you previously instructed them it would be left somewhere
        * You didn’t request your order to be left somewhere so we try to reach you but you
           don’t answer (door, buzzer or phone)
        * You requested us to leave your order with the concierge but they refuse to accept it
 
It is best to contact us regarding any changes to pickup or drop off of your orders. If you wish to have us leave your order with the concierge please ensure they know to expect us and that they have a safe spot to store your items until you retrieve them as we are not responsible for items once they leave our care.
 

There are a couple reasons for this.

Mainly it is to secure your appointment times for pickup and delivery.

Also, to validate there is an active card on file to ensure proper invoicing once your order is being processed.

And to weed out the bots making strange appointment requests,

sending our drivers all over the city for nothing 🙂

We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.

Some services aren’t available all of those hours though.

However, to keep our costs low which in turn keeps our prices low, we have drivers on schedule from 5 am to 10pm 7 days a week.

If you want a pickup / delivery outside of those hours we will happily accommodate for a small fee.

Our Dry Cleaner is closed on Sundays even though Skip Laundry is open. Any dry cleaning orders picked up after 4pm Monday through Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be delivered to the dry cleaner first thing Monday mornings. With the exception of holidays.

If you want a heads up on the total for your order before your order is processed we can do that. Just ask us ahead of time to arrange it.
 
A few things to keep in mind:
 
If we pick up your order, send you a quote on the costs to process it, you change your mind and want it returned to you, there will be a pickup fee, service fee and delivery fee.
 
If you request a heads up on costs before processing but after we have picked up your order, we reach out to you and you don’t reply in time, your order will not be processed until we get the go-ahead from you. This in turn will potentially change your scheduled delivery time.

Just contact us for current codes and we will happily apply them for you to your current order at the time or give them to you for use when you’re ready.

Currently we service all of the GTA.

However our FREE Pickup / Delivery is for addresses within 25km of our main facility on Borough Dr in Scarborough.

There is a small delivery fee for orders outside the FREE zone if you don’t qualify for the exception.

We can make exceptions for Commercial clients, clients with orders over 150lbs, frequent clients, clients on certain subscription packages etc.
